Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank, the amount may reflect within an additional 3–5 business days.

• Product photos
• Brief description

We will provide a replacement or full refund after verification.
